The ISO 9001 -2008 Certification is the testimony of Sea Shell’s objective of implementing Quality management systems for operational excellence. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) lay the basis for the methodical working of the manufacturing unit. The moulded plastic products are subject to quality checks as per Standards and Specifications prescribed by the Customers. All the manufacturing units of Sea Shell are equipped with requisite instruments for qualitative checks of moulded plastic products and the Finished Goods are supplied to Customers only after approval by the Quality Control Department of Sea Shell Plastics.
Sea Shell can boast of expertise in designing plastic moulded products required across Industries. We have a firm and reliable tie-up for tool making as per the design of the plastic products. Sea Shell’s specialised capability in the selection of the right polymer to suit and conform to the packaging requirement of the customers considering the nature of their product to be packed is highly appreciated by them.
Seashell keeps an adequate inventory of raw materials to ensure that the plastic moulded products are supplied to the customers promptly. We have signed MOU with major polymer manufacturers to facilitate an uninterrupted supply of raw materials.
